Whether you are a first time parent or an experienced parent, bringing new babies into the home is a time of transition for everyone. Postpartum doulas can help with this transition by teaching newborn care like bathing and swaddling, helping with breastfeeding or bottle feeding, and providing the confidence and assurance parents need. Postpartum doula services also include parent care such as much needed time to rest and sleep, help with meal preparation, washing bottles and even laundry.
Free consultations are available to meet your postpartum doula, discuss your personal needs and expectations, and to decide how we can best support you before your first postpartum doula visit. Our Sweet Dreams Package offers overnight Postpartum Doula services, often from the hours of 10pm - 6am. Your postpartum doula will personally contact you to schedule which nights work best, and they do not have to be consecutive nights. These visits can be scheduled before or after delivery
