Our virtual classes are taught by Kelly D., RN. Kelly has been a Registered Nurse for 10 years, specializing in Newborn and NICU care. Kelly is also a mom of quadruplets, with six children total. She has a wealth of information and a passion for teaching.

Image bringing your babies home and having a baby expert there with you to help transition them (and you!) into this new phase of life. A postpartum doula can help with anything from teaching how to swaddle and bathe babies, to creating a daily schedule that works best for your family. The special thing about a postpartum doula is that they focus on care for parents as well. A postpartum doula can help with night feedings so parents can sleep (or even catch a daytime nap), they can provide home cooked meals, help with laundry and other light chores.
